L2 Service Desk Engineer - 4 Days WFH - $85k + super
About the Role

They are looking to expand their business operations in Brisbane by bringing on a skilled L2 Service Desk Engineer. Key Responsibilities
* Provide remote support and technical assistance for clients over the phone and email.
* Travel to client sites locally to provide in person technical support
* Assist in project delivery, acting as the hands and feet of the infrastructure team for Brisbane clients.
* Participate in client meetings over phone and in person to provide updates on projects.
* Meet service requests within agreed SLA's.
Your Profile
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Service Desk roles, experience working in an MSP environment.
* Proficient across Active Directory, Azure AD, M365 Suite, Windows Server, and ITIL frameworks.
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently in an environment with minimal supervision and a lack of micromanagement.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
