The opportunity for a program manager with experience in the products industry has come up to lead that function and eventually build a team of project managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project road mapping, end to end delivery of projects (including concept to production), effectively managing the whole product program.
As well as this, you will take ownership of all technical resource requirements for successful delivery of programs.
This is NOT a "product manager" role and requires someone with demonstratable "project management" experience, as well as an excellent understanding of electronics or systems engineering.
The Role: Program Manager (Products)Location: Brisbane, Queensland.Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 + Super + 17% bonus (relocation assistance if applicable)Length: Full Time, Permanent Key Skills: Likely to have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject, such as Electronics, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
Excellent Systems Engineering skills, and likely to have been working as an Electronics or Mechatronics engineer previously.
Demonstratable project management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
The ability to manage and communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary technical teams and key stakeholders.
Experience in the product development industry, including either Defence, Space, Automotive, Consumer Electronics or CleanTech.
Excellent leadership skills Passion for innovation, process implementation and getting things done to a high standard.
