An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Associate to join our dynamic Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice based in Sydney.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a skilled team of practitioners and be mentored by experienced Principals, keen to impart their expertise and invest in your professional growth.
This opportunity will also see you work on a diverse range of contentious matters, including bankruptcy and corporate insolvency, actively participating in every aspect of their management.
You will have the unique privilege to provide expert advice and representation to clients from a wide range of industries and sectors.

ABOUT YOU
You will have :
* Demonstrated long-term experience practising in litigation and dispute resolution.
* Excellent drafting skills in terms of correspondence, advices and court documents.
* The ability to confidently engage and deal with clients and witnesses for the purpose of taking affidavits and witness statements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management and keen attention to detail.
* Exceptional analytical skills.
* A strong commitment to excellence in client service.
You will also be :
* A self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously on matters, under the supervision of Principals.
* A team player who can take direction and is passionate about working collaboratively.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
