1. Working on a wide range of projects, across the Infrastructure, Built Environment Sectors, Manufacturing & Industry, Mining and Resources and Power & Energy Sectors.
2. Undertaking a rage of technical tasks, including:Lead Civil Design and DocumentationProgram and Schedule DevelopmentTender ManagementContract Administration and Site Supervision
3. Challenge the norm with the objective of continuous improvement.
4. Developing your career while achieving excellent outcomes for our clients, developing independent internal and external relationships and contributing to/ managing exciting projects.
5. Assisting and mentoring junior consultants in the business.
Experience
Outside wanting to join a positive and friendly team, the right candidate should have:
6. 6+ years’ experience with tertiary qualifications in civil engineering.
7. Experience in the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
8. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
9. Competency in civil design, including the development of design solutions for earthworks, roadworks and drainage and, water and sewer infrastructure.
10. Competency in the design of civil structures is highly desirable.
11. RPEQ accreditation is highly desirable.
12. Must have an excellent attitude and be capable of working within a dynamic environment.
13. Well-developed creative, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
14. Motivation for continuous improvement and professional development.
