About The Client
Our client delivers road network solutions utilizing industry-leading research, development and innovation, and asset management tools. They have formed partnerships to meet the needs of their customers and ever-changing markets and work closely with each state's road authorities, as well as a number of local government councils and authorities.
What You Will Be Doing
Working closely with the team, our client is looking for an experienced administration/operational support officer who has the ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks/processes with tight deadlines and limited supervision. You will be tasked with:
Your Role Will Include
* Procurement of supplies and assets
* Payment of invoices
* Raising purchase orders
* Creating job numbers
* Managing supplies of PPE and other consumables
What You Will Need
* Current QLD Licence
* Current resume with 2 x work-related references
* Data entry experience
* Experience raising, receipting, and managing purchase orders
* Previous experience using JDE
