The Role
We are looking for a Commis chef who can work independently in the hot section. This is a great opportunity to step up in your career.
1. 1-2 years experience in a hot section (Grills/Planchas/Fryer)
2. Available to work atleast late night shifts per week (Thursday till 2 AM/ Friday till 3 AM/ Saturday till 3 AM)
3. Has a love of Mexican food.
4. Passion for good food and keeping consistency.
5. Professional and with good communication and management skills.
