We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join a collaborative Enterprise Monitoring team focused on improving export systems and service monitoring capabilities. In this role, you'll drive Splunk ITSI integration, manage technical projects, and play a key role in ensuring continuous improvement within a secure, modern ICT environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Splunk ITSI integrations and custom reporting solutions.Configure, onboard, and test new services within Splunk ITSI.Create, update, and manage Splunk ITSI dashboards to enhance visibility.Collaborate with service partners and technical teams on system monitoring projects.Essential Criteria Demonstrated project experience with Splunk ITSI, including service onboarding and testing.Ability to produce and update ITSI documentation and knowledge articles.Strong organisational skills, with experience managing BAU tasks within a dispersed ICT environment.Proven ability to collaborate with key business areas and service partners effectively.How to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
