Administration Officer - Receptionist Part time hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 4:00pm, 11:00am to 4:00pm, or 10:00am to 4:00pm available) We have a position available for someone energetic and keen to learn and grow with our team. Responsibilities: Answering questions about the company by phone or email Taking inventory and ordering office supplies Greeting visitors at the reception area Scheduling meetings and taking notes Updating computer records Maintaining office correspondences Printing and photocopying paperwork Invoicing and printing invoices and delivery dockets Purchasing and creating purchase orders Receiving and creating receiving dockets Creating stock records Sales calls and emails Follow up emails Problem solving Raising purchase orders Flexible hours: for the right candidate (please let us know what hours you can work) Location: Padstow (NSW) Qualifications: Must be able to speak clear English and communicate effectively over the phone Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and data entry are an advantage Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in full Own transport is an advantage due to limited public transport Must be self-motivated Great family environment Must be able to work with beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and vegetables (tasting) Experience in a similar role would be an advantage Must be available five days a week and commit to a long-term position Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: $31.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends Work Location: In person Please complete the attached form to submit your application: Application Form #J-18808-Ljbffr
