The LGH Casual Pool offers the opportunity to work across various departments within Launceston General Hospital, gaining valuable experience in multiple areas.

The Role:
* Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact with the public and all disciplines of professional staff.
* Well-developed time management skills and the demonstrated ability to work autonomously; prioritise workloads; and apply flexibility, speed and accuracy whilst working in a busy and demanding public environment with an exacting schedule.
* Demonstrated skills and abilities in contemporary clerical and administrative support including rapid and accurate data entry skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite packages and knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, the Launceston General Hospital’s health information systems.
Details of appointment:
Fixed term, casual position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible until 5 August 2025.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
