They are now seeking a Network Operations Manager to join their team.As a Networks Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Core Network, as well as providing exceptional services to customers.You will be leading a team of NOC Engineers, working with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing the technical and operational aspect of the network. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the network to meet the needs of customers.Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management. Implement best practices and processes to optimize network performance and uptime, ensuring high service levels for our customers.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners, to procure equipment and services.
