With over 20 years of experience in South East Queensland, we have built a strong reputation for marketing and selling high-quality land estates. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven individual to support our sales and marketing team in sourcing, selling, and executing new opportunities across the region.
This role is perfect for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to multiple residential projects across South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and facilitate the onboarding and selling of residential land communities and Urbane Home packages.
* Work closely with the Sales Director to oversee key suppliers and developer partnerships, securing agreements to market and sell land and homes.
* Build strong relationships with third-party sellers, ensuring seamless collaboration and addressing daily queries and information requests.
* Assist in allocating and updating stock to agents while maintaining accurate records.
* Maintain and update market databases, tracking transactions, listings, and project progress .
* Conduct market research and analysis, providing detailed reports on competing projects, supply & demand trends, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
* Support the valuation process upon project settlement to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Occasionally travel interstate (1-2 times per quarter for 2-3 days per visit) as required.
* Prepare professional reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics, Investment, or Finance.
* 2-3 years of experience in the property industry, ideally in land sales, residential project marketing, or a related sector.
* Queensland Real Estate Sales License (current and up to date).
* Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills .
* A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a team environment.
