About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Client Services Manager to lead our Disability Services division. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with NDIS and other government-funded program requirements.
As a Client Services Manager, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery while working collaboratively with HR, Rostering, Quality Safeguarding and Practice, and Business Support and Systems Administration.
* Service Delivery: Oversee client support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and NDIS requirements. Implement person-centred approaches to promote independence and community integration.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive culture. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development.
* Operational Management: Ensure accurate service agreements, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions to meet budget goals.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to NDIS standards and legislative requirements. Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders. Facilitate feedback to enhance service delivery.
* Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Rostering, and other departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.
About You:
Essential:
* Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.
* In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable:
* Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health or a related field.
* Experience in setting up new services and managing multiple sites.
Requirements:
* Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
* Current NSW Working with Children’s Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Police Check
* COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
