This role seeks a Site Manager who is experienced and driven whilst having a strong focus on fit-out works to oversee a prestigious $10 million dollar School Building Project. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile, educational construction project, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality within scope, budget, and schedule Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities related to the fit-out phase, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Supervise and lead on-site teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers, while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Ensure that all fit-out works meet the highest standards of safety, and compliance with building regulations. Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring information is clearly communicated whilst addressing any concerns promptly. Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records. Requirements: Proven Site Manager experience with a strong background in fit-out works for large-scale commercial or educational projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage subcontractors and staff effectively. Carpentry or building certificate required.
