What’s on offer?
We wish to complement our existing team with a Civil Supervisor within our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services Business delivering road infrastructure projects across South Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. This role is generally Monday to Friday and may be site based at various projects regionally around the state from time to time. The ability to travel and be away from home is essential to this role.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
8. Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with project delivery teams
9. Scheduling, forecasting, and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors
10. Ensuring that site planning, daily productivities and timelines are successfully met onsite
11. Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective Actions
12. Reports incidents, non-conformances and near misses and participate in incident investigations when required
13. Complete daily job records and track.
How you'll connect to the role:
14. 5+ years’ experience working on SA DIT projects
15. Proven commitment to leading safety, quality and environmental compliance on site
16. Excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements
17. Demonstrated ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management and project site controls
18. You will be resilient, adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative
19. You will have well-developed communication, organisational and management skills
