We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager or Senior Receptionist to join our specialist respiratory clinic.
This is a hybrid role, combining the responsibilities of a Practice Manager with front desk and administrative duties.
This position is Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient administrative processes, and exceptional patient care.
You will also play a key role in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including hospitals, insurance providers, and referring doctors.
Our clinic is home to two respiratory specialists, who not only consult in our private practice, but are also actively involved at Calvary Riverina Hospital and Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
Your role will be crucial in supporting their work and ensuring seamless coordination between the clinic and external healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, including managing administrative workflows, compliance, and patient care coordination.
Training, guiding, and managing administrative staff to maintain efficiency and high standards of service.
Coordinating patient appointments, managing reception duties, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Handling inpatient billings, Medicare claims, third-party claims, and maintaining an up-to-date fee schedule.
Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and maintaining necessary clinic licenses and accreditations.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in practice management or senior medical reception in a clinic.
Proficiency in Medicare, Eclipse, DVA, and Private Health Insurance billings.
Strong knowledge and experience in Genie is preferred but not essential.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
