Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeWe're a global original equipment manufacturer (OEM) with decades of experience, knowledge, and dedication.We are dedicated to seeing our employees work together in an environment that creates the highest quality, cutting-edge products, long-lasting relationships, improved organisational and individual capabilities, and we aim to give our employees an opportunity to grow and develop their careers.About the Role We are currently looking for a Parts Operations Specialist to join our team in Perth.Skills & Duties Provide expert-level support for parts systems, including troubleshooting, system updates, and process improvements.Ensure the effective operation of parts management systems and tools.Monitor and manage inventory, demand, and supply chain aspects for assigned parts categories.Ensure smooth coordination between parts inventory management and procurement activities.Conduct regular parts reviews with affiliates to assess performance and address any challenges.Assist in the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for parts operations.Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis.Provide affiliates with regular updates on parts operations, system changes, and best practices.Qualification and Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.In-depth knowledge of parts systems, inventory management, and supply chain processes.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Proven experience in developing and managing KPIs and operational policies.Domestic and international travel required.What we can offer you?
