oversee and optimise the delivery lifecycle to enhance delivery practices and uplift velocity; lead and evolve strategic workforce management, with a focus on capability culture, and engagement; support platform production management, with a strong focus on understanding and advocating for our customers and bankers along with key financial outcomes;
