The opportunity at OneStop
As strategic leader and product visionary, the Group Product Manager (GPM) is responsible for driving innovation and growth across B2B segments, demonstrating ROI, and exceptional B2B user and client experiences across a portfolio of products within a Tribe, with a strong focus on identifying and leveraging AI / ML capabilities to enhance product experiences for key customer segments and drive business value. The GPM owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, dependencies across Tribes, and leading cross functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for customers, and financial and market share gains for OneStop.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Product Vision
o Lead multiple products or product experiences within a defined remit, creating and owning the product strategy, roadmap and product metrics in alignment with business goals.
o Champion the future state of the product portfolio, outlining the path to achieve it, and effectively communicate this vision to internal and external stakeholders.
o Drive innovation and research of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify unmet needs / opportunities and inform product strategy and key decisions.
o Advocate for a data-driven approach, defining data strategy and leading the execution of data services and data powered product experiences that support the development and deployment of AI / ML enabled solutions.
AI / ML Product Development :
o Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI / ML within the product portfolio, collaborating with the Head of Product and Technology teams to assess feasibility and potential impact.
Financial Management & Business Acumen :
o Manage product P&Ls within the portfolio, tracking and measuring margins, reducing costs, and identifying new revenue-generating opportunities.
o Monitor and analyse product performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution :
o Work closely with the Head of Product and leadership team to ensure strong alignment across product vision and strategy throughout the organisation.
o Collaborate with the Growth / Marketing team to initiate GTM planning and activities for new features and product launches.
Tribe Leadership & Development :
o Foster a positive and supportive Tribe environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
o Inspire and empower the Tribe to engage with customers, trial new product experiences, meet market demands, and seize new business opportunities.
What we’re looking for :
o Product Strategy & Vision : Proven ability to define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
o Market Analysis & Customer Insights : Strong understanding of market research methodologies, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
o Product Roadmap Development : Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and balancing competing demands.
o People Leadership : Experience empowering team members with the ability to set visions that inspire and motivate.
o Data Analysis & Interpretation : Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and use data to inform product decisions.
o Financial Acumen : Understanding of key financial metrics (e.g., P&L, Business Casing & ROI) and ability to use financial data to drive product strategy.
o Product Lifecycle Management : Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, critical prioritisation and strategic resource allocation.
o Agile & Lean Methodologies : Familiarity with agile and lean principles and experience working in agile environments.
o Technical Proficiency : Understanding of technology concepts and ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
o Product Innovation : Experience in driving product innovation and bringing new products to market.
