What you will be doing in this role:
This is a highly autonomous and fast paced role, reporting into our experienced and supportive Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will focus on the recruitment of non-clinical recruitment roles, such as hospitality, finance, administration, marketing, grounds & maintenance, IT, management, etc. You will regularly be responsible for 25+ job vacancies on an ongoing basis. Our TA team of four are high performing recruitment professionals and are part of the wider People & Culture team.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality recruitment outcomes to support our business and people workforce plans. The role spans all aspects of recruitment service delivery from the development of candidate talent pools, through to taking job briefs, advertising, candidate shortlisting & screening, interview coordination, offers and pre-employment compliance checks.
Additionally, this role is crucial to championing our employer brand by ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, by giving timely feedback and guiding them throughout their application journey.
Who we are looking for:
* You’ll be a highly experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment from either an internal and/or agency environment.
* You’ll have vast corporate specific recruitment background and be very familiar with recruiting a wide variety of different role types.
* You’ll be a proactive business partner, helping to guide and coach hiring managers in recruitment best practice.
* You’ll have demonstrated experience screening high volume job applications, but also proactively sourcing candidates for more difficult roles using LinkedIn Recruiter.
* You’ll have extensive experience using applicant tracking systems, ensuring candidate statuses and notes are tracked for accurate reporting, compliance, and talent pooling. Highly desirable is experience using PageUp.
* You’ll have proven experience delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, with exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* You’ll have full unrestricted Australian Working Rights
