The Legal Practitioner will undertake litigation on behalf of, and provide legal services and support to, the Department.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Legal Practitioner in Prosecution Services, you will provide critical legal advice to members of DPFEM in relation to summary prosecutions and electable indictable matters. The role will also provide training and direction to police prosecutors and other DPFEM legal practitioners attached to Prosecution Services.
The position will offer a variety of broad and challenging work experiences and opportunities to assist with the provision of legal services that are critical for the delivery of outcomes that benefit DPFEM and the community.
