We are seeking an Account Director to join our MediaMonks' Platforms & MarTech Team.
You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving commercial success, identifying opportunities, and collaborating seamlessly with internal and external teams to ensure we're delivering value and excellent work for our clients.
In close collaboration with account leadership, operations, and production teams, you will take charge of the day-to-day client engagement across a diverse range of projects and programs.
Our clients work with enterprise solutions such Adobe, Salesforce, and similar platforms - and any experience you have in this area is highly desirable.

They must demonstrate proficiency in leveraging technology to create best-in-class experiences within the customer journey, while exhibiting strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on adding value and growth.
Your day to day: Own the client relationship and provide strategic advice Collaborate with your subject matter experts to produce great work.
Learn all our service offerings to best serve our clients' needs.
Partner with clients on briefs and direct client presentations.
Provide clients with solutions and recommendations.
Collect client feedback and ensure it is reflected in revisions.
Communicate project requirements to project managers, producers, strategy and creative, in order to meet client expectations.
Manage all processes required in order to obtain a range of client approvals.
Oversee all scheduling of key internal and external meetings.
Manage the financial process including MSA, SOW, estimation sheet, budgets, revenue tracking and internal reporting, including Salesforce.
Liaise with the Legal Team on MSA, SOW, and other contracts.
Understand and optimise account profitability, including forecasting and managing resources, while providing strategic guidance to senior account management.
Coordinate pitch processes to ensure collaboration across teams and that responses are submitted on time.
Prepare client documentation and secure input and review from impacted teams as well as submission and review by legal.
What You Bring 5+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience working at a digital agency.
Experience with Enterprise Technology Solutions, such as Adobe, Salesforce, etc.
Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale projects and programs, working with internal and external partners Must be a self-starter who can operate in a constantly evolving team environment Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously A knack for unravelling complex problems and processes in an easy to understand way High energy and go getter attitude; comfortable meeting with clients and working autonomously Must have excellent problem solving and analysis skills with presentation development skills Experience managing budgets and a high level of business acumen Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including both professional and casual style of communication Proficient in Google docs, slides, sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Must have a proficient understanding of MSA, SOW and any other legal documents.
