About the Role:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that align with the Institute's goals.
* Marketing: Lead the team to create and optimise marketing campaigns, craft compelling messaging, and design impactful materials across various channels.
* Media Relations: Position the Institute as the leading training provider of foods, tourism, hospitality and events programs.
* Brand Management: Actively manage the Institute's brand, ensuring consistent and strong brand positioning across all channels.
* Content Management: Oversee the publishing function, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery of communications and materials.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into strategies.
