Job Description
* Lead the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, playing a key role in transforming business processes.
* Manage a small team of 3-4 individuals across systems and finance, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
* Perform ad hoc analysis and project accounting activities as required, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Assist with month-end finance duties, including reconciliations and account postings.
* Conduct systems testing, manipulating and transferring large data sets with accuracy and precision.
* Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes that benefit the organization.
* Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, providing strategic financial insights to inform business decisions.
The Successful Applicant
* Hold experience in accounting as a Finance Manager or Controller, with a proven track record of success.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, having managed a small team and achieved desired outcomes.
* Have experience playing a lead role in implementing an ERP system, ideally with Netsuite experience.
* Possess a tertiary degree and CA/CPA qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in finance and accounting principles.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to effectively engage stakeholders and convey complex financial information.
* Showcase strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
