The opportunity
We are seeking a driven ICT Sales Representative (Business Development Manager) to join our team. Heavily outbound focused, you'll have a hunter mindset adept at driving your own leads and building a robust sales pipeline. You'll be a motivated self-starter, comfortable handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media and other outbound lead generation strategies
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
* Conduct engaging and persuasive sales demonstrations of the software to potential customers
* Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their needs and highlighting tailored solutions
* Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position our products and services
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using Hubspot for reporting
* Work closely with our marketing team to align sales strategies with our GTM launch
* Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure satisfaction post sales, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption
The skills and experience you'll bring
* Software-as-a-service or solution-focused sales industry experience
* Full sales cycle experience, handling all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
* Hunter Mindset, highly motivated to seek out new business opportunities and driven by achieving and exceeding targets
* Outbound sales expertise with a proven track record in outbound sales, including cold calling and prospecting
