Your Role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding mid-market businesses through their digital transformation journey. You'll leverage your SaaS expertise to:
* Develop New Business: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through varied sales strategies.
* Consultative Engagement: Understand customer needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and position HubSpot as the ideal solution.
* Executive Level Interaction: Conduct strategic qualification calls and presentations to senior-level executives and department leaders.
* Pipeline Management: Accurately track and manage your monthly and annual sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.
* Collaborative Success: Partner with internal teams (marketing, technology) to refine strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven SaaS Success: 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, targeting businesses with up to 500 employees.
* Strategic Sales Skills: Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and implementing effective sales methodologies.
* Confident Communication: Ability to present and interact effectively with senior-level decision-makers.
* Results Focused: A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Customer-Focused Mindset: A dedication to helping customers succeed and a commitment to providing excellent service.
