Main Responsibilities: Full responsibility on the recruitment process Candidate and client management Maintain databases of Clients and Candidates Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn, and job boards to attract talent Preparing Contract and Onboarding Documentation Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances Candidate sourcing and screening in line with job requirements and hire briefs Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process About you:To be successful, you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas. You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients. You will have experience in business development as well as superior candidate management. You will be a positive person and a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships. You are a high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
