Temporary part-time (4 days per week, 6 hours per day, 5-month contract)
Salary ranging from $82,193 to $90,001pa. (pro-rata)
Your role
We are looking for a proactive team player to fill the role of an Administration Support Officer. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be adept in the use of information and technology systems. You are a motivated individual with high attention to detail who works effectively in a busy environment with multiple and competing priorities.
As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing effective front of house and office support services to ensure the seamless operation of New South Wales principal memorial and the successful delivery of its services.
What you’ll do
As the successful candidate, your solid administrative and organizational skills will be key assets. You'll be adept at applying your existing skills to new situations and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders and visitors to the Memorial.
Reporting to the Visitor Services and Community Engagement Coordinator, you will deliver a range of services such as providing administrative support for customer enquiries, managing bookings and databases in addition to providing support in the Anzac Memorial Shop.
