Our Talent Acquisition Team are currently seeking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-touch human resource role where you will provide proactive recruitment advice and guidance to your clients, delivering an end-to-end workforce resourcing service consistent with the NSW Government legislation. Our team is focused on striving to be ‘a world class public service’ and customer service is at the forefront of everything our team stands for.
As an expert Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with your clients to develop innovative resourcing strategies to enable the selection and engagement of the most capable candidate for a wide range of roles. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will leverage off your ability to quickly build rapport and engage with diverse client groups to build strategic partnerships with the business. You will challenge the status quo; you will not settle for unnecessary process, and you will be an advocate for opportunities within our Department.
About You
The key to your success will hinge on your ability to identify and attract talent in a proactive and responsive way, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and a high-volume workload of recruitment and resourcing campaigns.
You will have a demonstrated ability to take initiative and think laterally, have exceptional attention to detail and be able to easily embrace and enhance new systems and processes. Your ability to create an immediate impact with your client groups and your reputation as a confident recruitment or human resource professional will be pivotal to your success.

Essential Requirements:
5. Sound experience in recruitment best practice including recruitment approaches, marketing and social media initiatives and policies, processes, and legislative requirements.
