Reporting through to the Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Collection of overdue asset finance accounts which are over 30 days in arrears.
2. Supporting clients through the recovery process and working with them in a collaborative manner to work out the best outcome for both the organisation and the customer.
3. Communicating with internal and external parties as appropriate to solve customer queries.
4. Assessing clients for financial assistance and working closely with the hardship team as required.
5. Helping customers understand their financial commitments to prevent future arrears.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
7. Minimum 12 months experience working within collections
8. Experience working in the asset finance industry is advantageous
9. Exceptional relationship building skills with a compassionate yet results focused nature.
10. Ability to build relationships with a customer centric and soft approach to collections.
11. Comfortable working in a fast paced, considerate and professional environment.
