The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the operation of mobile plant equipment, possess a keen eye for safety, and be capable of working in diverse environments and conditions.5:5:5 RosterLoaders & Rock BreakersOther mobile plant as required.Key Responsibilities:Operate mobile plant machinery, such as loaders and rock breakers in a safe and efficient manner.Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs as needed.
Report any issues to the maintenance team.Load, unload, and transport materials using mobile plant equipment.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.Promote a safe and positive team culture.Skills/Qualifications:Current & Valid Driver's License (HR Preferred)National Police Clearance (validity dependant on site)Proven experience operating mobile plant in a mining, civil or crushing environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to safety.Fulltime, Permanent Opportunity (Annual Leave & Personal Leave eligible)$5 per hour site bonus, paid fortnightly.Super on ALL hours worked.Salary Sacrifice & Novated LeasesNib Health Insurance Discount of 12%Excellent employee referral program, Bring the Crew with you!
