Vicinity Partnerships Manager

We are currently in a scale-up phase with significant further growth ahead, Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture.
The Vicinity Relationship Manager is critical for ensuring that Cartology develops a strong partnership with Vicinity and that the Vicinity portfolio is well placed to deliver the expected business benefits in line with business case, contracts and cartology strategy. to Cartology. This will be done by building and maintaining positive relationships with our partners whilst ensuring that all our contractual obligations are met.

What you’ll do
9. Working with Vicinity to build and maintain the inventory and ensure the successful operation of the Vicinity network. This will provide the foundation to drive $39m in sales annually.
10. Work with Vicinity and within the Woolworths ecosystem to ensure that we capture the value of the $212m investment that we have committed to.
11. Establish a communication and stakeholder management matrix and communications to ensure we build strong relationships from Centre Retail Managers right through to the National Operations Manager.
12. Build revenue by educating and coaching the sales team on the Vicinity portfolio and the opportunities for growth. Be the Vicinity champion!
13. Introduce new opportunities through centre assessments and identification of new media opportunities
14. Support and work with the rest of the Commercial team to assess any other opportunities outside of the Vicinity portfolio.
What you’ll bring
15. Extensive experience in OOH media or property management with demonstrated senior roles and experience in media operations / planning / strategy / commercial roles.
16. Analytical, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
17. Successful internal and external relationship management.
18. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through. In particular strong presentation design and storytelling skills.
