Job Details: Casual Logistics Crew – Heritage Bank Stadium In preparation for our upcoming PINK concert and 2024 AFL Season, Heritage Bank Stadium is on the lookout for Logistics Crew to join the team on a casual basis. If you aren't afraid of a bit of manual labour, you could find yourself backstage setting up rooms, barriers, lifting equipment, and signage pre and post event to make sure our customers are comfortable and safe.
This role will report to the Event & Operations Team in setting up for all stadium events including Gold Coast SUNS and AFL matches, cricket, concerts, community, and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities Bump in / bump out events. Includes but is not limited to setting rooms, transporting and setting tables and chairs and the installation of queuing barriers, turf protection and signage. Ability to follow instructions and stick to timelines. Involves general labouring and may include some heavy lifting. If appropriately licensed, may include the use of forklifts and scissors lifts to perform duties. The ideal candidate will have: Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work outside of business hours on weekdays and weekends. Forklift license desirable.
