The Deputy Director leads contracted partnerships that deliver various essential functions, such as security, traffic, parking, cleaning, waste, porterage, electrical, hydraulic, building fabric, lifts, fire and life safety, and mechanical plant functions.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves strategic priorities, contracted partnerships, and team management to meet operational excellence, financial targets, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
You will champion continuous improvement strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery and proactive client issue management. Additionally, you will oversee a resource budget of $25 million annually, ensuring compliance with financial plans and procedures, and procure and manage operations-related services to align with the University's client-focused approach.
