The Allied Health Regional Education Coordinator supports allied health professionals across GV Health and partner organisations in the Hume Region, spanning all career stages. Reporting to the Allied Health Education & Research Unit Manager, the role is part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
Key responsibilities:
Lead professional development and foster a positive learning culture within GV Health and partnering Hume region health services. Ensure evidence-based education programs are evaluated, improved, and aligned with best practices. Explore and champion new education delivery models to address emerging healthcare challenges. About You:
To succeed in this role, applicants should have:
10+ years' post-qualification experience Advanced knowledge and experience in planning, delivering clinical education Strong clinical leadership experience High-level analytical and investigative skills including research and quality assurance skills If qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
