The role is responsible for delivering engaging customer experiences in both Retail bricks-and-mortar and digital store environments, the development of Point of Sale (POS), and e-commerce planning to support Omnichannel execution to drive business growth.Specifically, you will be responsible for:Leading the execution of channel activations in-market built with a deep understanding of the shopper to achieve brand objectives. Omnichannel asset development, planning execution of activation activities and priorities across Retail in-store and online.Supporting the portfolio & marketing team to effectively manage key activities to deliver the Retail activation calendar.Supporting the development of key marketing campaigns as the activation lead.End-to-end project management of POS development to brand strategies, managing POS stock on hand, balancing quality and budget to achieve activation timelines.Supporting the sales team to effectively deliver key customer initiatives.Communicating brand standards and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal & external).Translating activation insights into actionable solutions.Completing evaluation of in-market activities - analysing the commercial return and making recommendations for future optimisation.What you will needExperience in shopper, brand, trade or channel in an FMCG, on-premise or off-premise environment.Agency experience is a bonus.Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to deliver brilliant execution.Strong internal and external stakeholder management.Ability to deliver to key milestones and deadlines accurately and effectively.Strong communication (both written and oral) and numerical skills.Retailer and customer understanding an advantage.Experience working with shopper data and insights preferred.What can we offer you?With operations sites spanning across Australia, working as part of a highly driven team at Goodman Fielder, you can expect the opportunity to build your own home-grown career across functions, locations, and brands.
