Prioritize high-impact issues for immediate resolution.Address complex infrastructure issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams. These might include server outages, storage failures, or virtualization problems.Perform scheduled updates or upgrades to critical infrastructure components, such as servers, storage systems, or virtualization platforms, LAN and WAN devices.Contribute to infrastructure planning and design, such as hybrid solutions from on-prem to cloud-based solutions, or enhancing disaster recovery capabilities.Collaborate on projects like upgrading network infrastructure, implementing new technologies, or enhancing cybersecurity measures.Ensure all infrastructure components are secure and compliant with government regulations.
