About the Role
Vinidex is embarking on an exciting change to our internal operating systems. This contract position will act as an all-around service and administration expert to assist with customer service and administrative tasks to support the established service specialists during the training and implementation period.
Responsibilities include:
·General administrative duties
·General office duties including organising morning teas
·Handling of phone and email enquiries
·Basic customer order management
·Liaise with key internal stakeholders including Territory Managers and Supply Chain regarding customer queries
·Maintain and enhance overall customer experience
About You
·Strong customer service focus
·Exceptional critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
·Ability to work proactively and autonomously
·Demonstrated experience using computer systems, specifically CRM & MS Office
