You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their content aligns with the brand, meets business objectives, and delivers exceptional value to customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop compelling and persuasive copy for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Partner with UX, Digital Product Managers, and Producers to create content that seamlessly integrates with the overall user experience. Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. Maintain consistency in language, tone, and style across all content channels. Proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure content alignment and effective communication. Contribute to the development and maintenance of content guidelines and standards. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the member experience and ease of understanding are prioritised. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience within the superannuation industry or financial services is essential. At least 3-5 years of experience writing for digital platforms. Proven track record of simplifying complex information and producing customer-centric content. Excellent communication and copywriting skills, including the ability to write engaging and persuasive content. Familiarity with digital marketing principles and SEO best practices. Strong project management skills and ability to work through peer review and compliance processes. Familiarity with behavioural science principles is a plus.
