Key Responsibilities: Establish and manage office operations, ensuring an efficient and professional workspace.Oversee document control, security, and workflow processes for office and project-related documentation.Assist in the preparation and management of project submissions, tenders, and contract documentation.Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation across different projects.Plan and coordinate internal and external events, liaising with stakeholders as needed.Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new hires.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in office management or senior administrative roles, ideally within construction, defense contracting, or professional services.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with Salesforce and SAP is highly desirable.Familiarity with security vetting processes and clearance requirements (or willingness to obtain one).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for contract and tender preparation.High proficiency in MS Office and other modern business applications.Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.A professional, flexible, and hands-on approach to supporting a growing team.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
