Administration Officer - Latrobe Leisure - Various locations
Permanent Part Time positions up to 15 hours per week
Hourly rate: $36.15 to $38.55 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation

We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator who can make a real impact in the community through their work at Latrobe Leisure.
About This Role
As Administration Officer you will support the Centre Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Facility.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative tasks including:
Handling customer enquiries face to face and over the phone.
Registering and maintaining customer details including general bookings, swimming lessons, memberships and other programs.
Providing administrative support to Latrobe Leisure.
About You
For this position we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide quality administrative support.
You will have:
Experience in administration and time management.
Experience in cash-handling.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Advanced First Aid Certificate (Level 2 First Aid).
Be willing to obtain and maintain a Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
Diploma or relevant qualification in recreation management, business management or business administration, Food Handlers Certificate and/or Pool Operators qualification obtained or willing to obtain.
Successful applicants may be required to work across multiple centres.
All successful applicants are required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and hold a valid employee Working with Children Check.
