Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.Job DescriptionAbout the opportunityOperating in the capacity of project manager and design lead for local projects, you’ll be working with designers, civil engineers, construction administrators and project managers to bring to life complex land developments, masterplanned communities and infrastructure projects. This role will see you:Being the primary point of contact for the client through the lifecycle of the project, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managedTaking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to SpiirePreparing tender and contract documentationCollaborating in the design approval processManaging invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issuesThe opportunity to contribute to projects in other geographiesAbout youYou are a chartered Civil Engineer (or motivated to work towards chartership), highly regarded for your technical expertise, with a proven track record successfully delivering land development and infrastructure projects.
