AW Commercial is a progressive commercial real estate agency specialising in sales, leasing and management of commercial, industrial and retail property in Albury Wodonga.
We are seeking an energetic, well-presented professional with a willingness to provide outstanding administration support within a busy Commercial Real Estate office.
You will need to be competent and sharp, being able to multi-task and learn several administrative tasks quickly.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Administration support - Liaising with prospective purchasers, vendors, tenants, landlords, solicitors/conveyancers and other stakeholders as required to provide administrative support for sales, leasing & property management.
* Co-ordination of marketing campaigns including listing properties online, arranging signage, print media, social media promotion and general advertising material.
* General office duties including opening & closing office, arranging postage, preparation of notices & stakeholder memos, sorting & filing.
* Accounts payable and invoicing.
* Database management.
