Job Description
As Australia's largest manufacturer of pharmaceutical products, our client is delivering a significant amount of capital projects across their manufacturing facility. They are now looking to add a Document Controller on a 12 months contract.
Responsibilities:
The Document Controller role sits within a key business project. There will be other general project admin tasks and assisting with filing for auditing purposes. The role is approximately 80% document controller (for all project non-GxP and GxP documents) and 20% other administration tasks such as general office upkeeping, filing, and general admin for auditing purposes.
In addition to above responsibilities include:
1. Following up a wide array of key stakeholders, making sure they are actioning tasks on time
2. Uploading documents to electronic documentation management system
3. Route documents and checking approvals
4. Ensuring documents are sent to the correct stakeholders as part of the document control process
5. Checking document formatting
6. Generating weekly reports on documentation tracker
7. Other administration tasks as required
There is another document controller that they will work beside and help support their workload when they are out of the office.
Key Skills and Experience:
8. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills as they will be dealing with people frequently
9. Able to influence people to take quick action quickly
10. Good verbal and written communication skills
11. Detail oriented and diligent
12. Good computer skills, experienced in Microsoft office suite
13. Min 2 yrs experience in a similar role
14. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
