About the role The primary focus of this Key Account Manager role will be to manage your group of diverse customers, driving overall growth of the existing portfolio. Spending the majority of your time on the road, your customers will include organisations from industries such as Gas, Mining, Food & Bev, hard rock and tunneling across NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a role that is never the same. Fantastic on-boarding, training and development pathways. This role is covering Sydney Metro up Northern NSW
Duties
1. Organise & conduct meetings that add value to your customers
2. Conduct product demonstrations & presentations
3. Work to set KPI's on customer visits, territory management etc
4. Customer quotes, processing orders, day to day admin
5. Continuous learning about new products to take to market
6. Take ultimate responsibility for all customers & revenue in your territory
Skills and Experience
7. Key Account Management experience
8. Background in B2B environment managing a large & complex portfolio of customers
9. Proven track record of driving growth through a territory
10. Experience selling to diverse range of stakeholders with long sales cycles
11. Technical aptitude with desire to learn new products
12. Ability to sell with a 'trusted advisor' mentality & approach
