This includes delivering the following key functions:Strategy & Enterprise ArchitectureInvestment PlanningSupport & DevelopmentWhat will the role do?The project manager (ICT) role requires the ability to combine project delivery, stakeholder management skills, and a flexible mindset to meet organisational needs. You will be an experienced project manager, ideally with experience working in the public sector to deliver projects across the ICT landscape and have a demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively with other team members and key external stakeholders.Some of your duties will include:Lead, manage, and deliver projects in a cloud landscape, with a specific focus on implementing new Service Management and Identity Management solutions.Lead the creation, review, and approval of project requirements and artefacts, including service provider/vendor technical deliverables, project registers, and plans.Manage the development and review of design artefacts from external service providers/vendors including ServiceNow workflows and OKTA configurations, ensuring compliance with contracted requirements, industry methodologies, and frameworks.Please refer to the position description for more detailed accountabilities.What skills and knowledge should the Project Manager, ICT have?As our ideal candidate, you will have:Demonstrated 'hands-on' experience in managing and delivering the implementation of large-scale technology projects using contemporary project methodologies.Demonstrated experience successfully delivering new Service Management and Identity Management solutions ideally with ServiceNow and OKTA platforms.Demonstrated experience in managing service providers and vendors for the delivery of technology solutions in Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Security (IdP, Authentication/ Authorization, OKTA), and Service Management (ITSM, ServiceNow) including delivery of related project and technical artefacts.Demonstrated knowledge of project/program delivery including financial and status reporting.Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365.If this sounds like a compelling job that you believe your skills would be a great match for, please APPLY NOW.
