This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to use their customer service and administrative skills to make a real contribution in supporting the independence of people living with disability.ResponsibilitiesThe Administration Officer is responsible for:Providing excellent customer service to potential new clients, our existing client base, and their support networks.Communicating with customers, trades and suppliers.Booking customer appointments and scheduling work for Stretchy Tech Occupational Therapists and Technicians.Contributing to the team's continuous improvement practices.Seeking customer feedback, collecting data and reporting on satisfaction.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful applicant will have the following experience and attributes:Experience in a customer service role, with the ability to communicate professionally to a range of different clients and stakeholders via telephone and email.A team player and keen problem solver.Well organised with strong administrative skills.
