Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers. The focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goodsAssisting customers with pricing and product queriesProcessing counter salesMaintaining safety processesAssisting with merchandise campaign materialMaintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesThis role will include Saturday morning work (9am-12pm).About You:To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment. You’ll have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
