About the role
The People and Culture - Workforce Operations Manager - Performance and Analytics provides key operational and strategic workforce data and analytical advice aligned with the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) strategic, operational, and performance goals.
Providing leadership in a senior management capacity to the People and Culture Directorate while managing the staff and transactional operations of the Workforce Operations teams: Recruitment, Human Resource Information Systems, Roster Governance and Support, Payroll, Employee Records Management, Analytics, Compliance and Best Practice, Workforce Systems and Reporting functions.
The Workforce Operations Manager - Performance and Analytics ensures the effective and efficient delivery of employee related transactional services with a strong focus on high quality customer service, as well as to ensure continuous quality improvement, development, and implementation of contemporary initiatives.
