Own a client portfolio and establish excellent working relationships.Solutions-Oriented:
Tackle challenges head-on, providing effective solutions for clients.Leadership:
Direct and support tradespeople, apprentices, and sub-contractors on-site, including labor allocation and team scheduling.Project & Account Management:
Organise & manage works packages locally and nationally.Business Growth:
Expand our client base by identifying and developing new opportunities within existing and new clients.Technical Expertise:
Manage electrical maintenance, installations, EV charging, data works, and more.Safety Commitment:
Drive a proactive safety culture with regular audits.Mentorship:
Guide and develop tradespeople and apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise.Reporting and Compliance:
Maintain clear communication with clients, read and adhere to contracts and KPIs, and handle reporting.What you'll bring:3+ years preferred in a Service Delivery or similar management role, with experience leading tradespeople.Excellent organisational skills.Must have a valid Unrestricted electrical and driver's licence.Strong communication and networking skills, along with account management and or business development experience.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams) and preferred job management Software experience.A knack for problem-solving, detail-oriented organisation, and staying calm under pressure.Flexibility:
