We are currently seeking an efficient livestock administration and sales professional to join our livestock and retail team based at our Broome, WA branch. In this diverse role you will support with livestock sales processing, administration & customer service.
About the Opportunity: Stock control, ordering, receipting Assist customers with pricing and product queries Processing counter sales Maintaining safety processes within the branch Deliver excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and issues promptly. Performing all aspects of Livestock Administration, including advertising and processing sales, Accounts receivable, debtor management Handle the processing of weekly livestock sales and other sales-related tasks. Utilize programs like SAP and Plasma. Manage client proceeds, ensuring account transactions are reconciled accurately. Offer additional support to the livestock team when needed. A little about you: Effective verbal & written communications skills, building customer relationships Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly. Exceptional attention to detail, sale documentation is crucial. Excellent computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook or the ability to learn new systems quickly. A current and clean full driver's license is a requirement for the role. Forklift ticket and first aid certificate desirable. Why work for us?
